The pressed styles
Pressing is how loose sift or bubble hash becomes something solid. Gentle heat and pressure bring the resin together, and a slow cure afterwards deepens the flavor. Different traditions press in different shapes: round temple balls, flat Italian-style piattella, slabs, and egg-shaped hash.
