About these terms

These terms apply to every order placed on goldenheadswarrior.com, run by Golden Heads Warriors, Los Angeles, California. By placing an order you agree to them. We may update these terms; the version on this page when you order is the one that applies.

Age and where you live

  • You must be 21 or older in the United States, or 18 or older in Europe, or older if the law where you live requires it.
  • You may only order where buying, receiving and possessing these products is legal. You are responsible for knowing and following the law where you live, including import rules in your country.
  • We may ask for proof of age at any time and may cancel any order we believe breaks these rules.

Products

We describe and photograph every product as accurately as we can. Natural products vary, so color, texture and packaging can differ slightly from the photos. Product descriptions are for information only. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Any taxes that apply are shown at checkout before you place your order. We accept Cash App, Chime and Zelle. No payment is taken at checkout: after you order, we email you the payment details for the method you chose. Please include your order number with your payment. Orders that are not paid within 3 days may be cancelled. If a product was listed at a wrong price by mistake, we may correct the price or cancel the order and tell you.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm your payment and prepare it for shipping. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is no longer available, if we cannot confirm your age or address, or if the order breaks these terms. If you have already paid for an order we cancel, we refund you in full.

Shipping

We ship within the United States and internationally. Orders ship once payment is confirmed. Rates and details are in our Shipping Policy. Please check your delivery address carefully: we are not responsible for parcels sent to an address entered incorrectly.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under laws that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
